PRO ALU Training aluminum soccer goals from QUICKPLAY for daily practice, coaching drills, and team training sessions. The range covers two product lines: freestanding double-sided Training Frames for high-volume finishing and passing reps, and Instant Pop-Up Training Goals for fast one-player setup.
The PRO ALU Training Frame 24x8 (8x24) and 18.5x6.5 (6.5x18.5) are freestanding two-way goals built from a 45mm round aluminum frame that slots and locks together with spring pins, no tools required. Each Frame catches shots on both sides, so a single goal supports continuous attacks from either end without resetting the ball. They include all-surface base feet plus storable ground spikes for grass, and a 3mm braided HDPE knotless net with 100x100mm mesh. The PRO ALU Training Instant Pop-Up Soccer Goals in 5x3 (3x5) and 6x4 (4x6) ship fully assembled with a 50mm aluminum frame and aluminum joints, opening from folded to ready in 10 seconds. The 6x4 is the USYS officially recommended maximum goal size for U6 and U8 youth soccer. A PRO ALU Training Target Net Lite 5x3 (3x5) accessory attaches to the 5x3 Instant goal with Velcro straps for five-pocket shooting accuracy work.
Designed by QUICKPLAY for coaches running daily sessions where setup time matters. The Training line uses lighter aluminum gauges than the PRO ALU Match range, so frames are quicker to move between drills.
