Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 1 PM (Mon–Fri) usually ship the same day; orders after 1 PM ship the next business day. Dispatch occurs Monday–Friday only. All orders ship via standard ground service. Expedited shipping is not currently available.
Shipping Speed
Delivery is estimated at 2–5 business days after dispatch for in-stock items. Orders may ship from multiple U.S. fulfillment centers (PA, TX, UT, FL) and may arrive separately. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or peak season volumes.
Delivery & Tracking
No signature is required. Most packages ship via UPS; some smaller items may ship via USPS or Amazon Shipping. Tracking updates are emailed once your order ships.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but your package is missing:

Wait 2 business days; carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early.

Contact us if it still hasn’t arrived.

Shipping Protection allows immediate replacement.
Partial Shipments
If part of your order arrives first, allow up to 2 business days for remaining packages. Contact us if a package is missing. Shipping Protection covers multi-box shipments.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Customers are responsible for incorrect addresses. If you no longer want your order after it ships, refer to our 30-Day Returns Policy.
Undelivered Orders & Claims
Contact us if your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date. Claims must be made within 15 days of purchase.
Optional Shipping Protection
Available at checkout for a small fee. Covers lost, stolen, or damaged items, including multi-box orders. Without it, carrier investigations may take time.
Carrier Partners
Deliveries are handled by UPS, USPS, and Amazon Shipping. They may subcontract parts of their service. Shipping Protection is recommended.
International Customers
U.S. store does not ship internationally. UK customers: quickplaysport.com, EU customers: quickplaysport.eu. Customers may be redirected to regional sites.
